At Holland2Stay, you are the gatekeeper of who gets to live in our home. You review booking applications, verify documents, and decide who qualifies. You follow clear criteria, but you also stay sharp.

You spot inconsistencies, act on risks, and keep the process reliable. You take ownership, work with precision, and keep a positive and proactive mindset. You are not afraid to act, you get things done, and you bring energy into the way you work and collaborate. If you’re up to that, you will fit right in!

What will you do?

You keep our booking process smooth and reliable:

• Review rental applications based on clear criteria

• Check documents, income, and identity

• Make sure every file is complete and correct

• Spot risks, inconsistencies, or red flags early

• Make decisions within guidelines, no endless back and forth

• Help applicants move through the process without confusion

• Keep everything admin-wise clean and up to date

What your day looks like

You start with a fresh batch of booking applications. You scan, check, and decide. During the day, you’re in touch with applicants. Quick questions, clear answers. You update files, verify info, and keep everything moving. By the end of the day, your cases are handled, your inbox is under control, and nothing is left hanging.

What you bring

• MBO level 4 or equivalent

• Up to 5 years of work experience

• Experience in admin, service, or real estate is a plus

• You’re fluent in Dutch and English
