Operations Specialist
From Granada, you will play an important role in supporting our Codomo locations across Spain and Portugal. As Operations Specialist, you're the connecting link that helps ensure our day-to-day operations behind the scenes are well organized and run smoothly.

What will you do?
You ensure that our operational and administrative processes are well organized and properly followed up:
Coordinate operational activities and monitor actions, deadlines and agreements for our locations in Spain and Portugal
Manage documentation and keep spreadsheets, reports and operational overviews up to date
Support administrative and operational processes
Coordinate with internal teams, local colleagues, suppliers and other external stakeholders
Identify opportunities to make processes smarter or more efficient and proactively implement improvements
Support different Codomo locations and occasionally travel between locations in Spain and Portugal when needed

What does your day look like?
You start your day by reviewing open actions and determining priorities. Throughout the day, you switch between administration, reporting and coordinating with colleagues and external partners. You maintain an overview across different locations and ensure information is up to date and actions are completed.
Do you notice something is missing or could be better organized? You proactively take care of it.
What do you bring?
Some experience in an operational, administrative or coordinating role
Native-level Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese is a plus
Good skills in Excel, reporting, digital systems and administrative processes
Good commercial and financial understanding
Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and software
Experience in residential real estate, hospitality, PBSA or flex living is a plus
Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese administrative, tax or regulatory processes is a plus
You are based in or willing to work from Granada
